Here's a few tips to ensuring you've entered your e-mail address correctly:

• A complete e-mail address looks like: [email protected] . "Mailbox" is often your "screen-name" or account login. The "@" symbol comes after the mailbox name and is required. "Company.com" is usually the name of your service provider.
• AOL and other systems let you send e-mail to other people on the same system just by using their screen-name. However, since this website is accessible to the entire world, please use your full e-mail address. For example "bobsmith" is not a valid e-mail address, but "[email protected]" might well be. If you're on AOL, your full address looks like: screen-name@aol.com .
• Do not include prefixes like "http", "www", etc. These typically indicate web page and other addresses, not e-mail addresses.
