Enterprise CV-6 bakers rolling loaves of bread. Joe Houston recalls: "The bakers kept the chow line well-supplied with fresh baked bread, fresh pies and other good things. Our chow on Enterprise was good, which no doubt was part of the Enterprise aura. All hands doing a good job or better."
