Destroyer Shaw DD-373 settling in Drydock YFD-2 in Pearl Harbor, 7 December 1941. Struck by three bombs, her forward magazine eventually exploded. Remarkably, Shaw returned to service in August 1942, and served in Enterprise CV-6's screen during the Battle of Santa Cruz, 26 October 1942.
